Creation Mysteries of the GorgeCome with us Saturday, March 24th, and discover the Creation Mysteries of the Columbia Gorge!  Year after year, this east Gorge field trip has been a favorite.  Taking several short hikes, we’ll collect cobbles transported 400 miles by Noah’s Flood and find some petrified wood.  In some places this wood is only charcoaled and is still burnable, even though it is supposed to be 15-16 million years old! On this popular family trip students will handle “rock solid” evidence for a young earth and a global Flood and will experience why the historical reliability of the Bible is so important. Along the way we’ll also encounter amazing plants and animals that defy evolution and speak of the hand of our Creator.

We will meet at Starbucks near the Hood River Bridge at 9:00 am and return by 3:30 pm. The suggested donation is $25 for families and $15 for individuals, which you may bring the day of the trip.  Each family will receive a creation field notebook of the gorge containing a quiz and other educational activities for kids. and includes a useful fieldbook.

To register please email with the following information: 1) name and date of trip, 2) names of adults, 3) names and ages of children, 4) your phone # (cell preferred). With day trips, it is not necessary to mail us your donation; just bring it the day of the outing. More details will be emailed to you a week or so before the trip.
